               <p>Action of the state in liquidation of emergency situations, disaster, as an emergency, natural disaster, accident as an emergency, executive and management units of the state administration - ministries and central authorities of the state administration. Health disasters, terrorism, biological warfare, biological weapons, health risks and their elimination, epidemics and pandemics, pandemic plan.</p>
               <p>Act on civil protection of the population, system of tasks and measures aimed at protecting life, health and property, analysis of possible threats, taking measures to reduce the risks of threats, determination of procedures and activities in removing the consequences of extraordinary events. Organization, management and execution of rescue, localization and liquidation works, rescuing people, providing pre-medical and medical aid, freeing people and evacuating the wounded. Public health significance of zoonoses. Public health significance of new and novo (re-emerging) diseases.</p>
               <p>Emergent situations in the occurrence of communicable diseases. Management and preparation for emergent situations in the occurrence of communicable diseases - IHR (highly virulent measles - Ebola, avian, seasonal and pandemic flu).
