Changes in the oral cavity by internal diseases. Diseases of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum, small intestine, colon, liver, gall bladder and pancreas. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma. Inflammatory lung diseases and lung cancer. Tuberculosis. Ischemic heart disease. Arterial hypertension. Heart failure. Inflammatory heart disease. Thrombembolic disease. Glomerulonephritis, tubulointerstitial nephritis, renal failure. Anemia, leukemia, myeloproliferative and lymphoproliferative disorders, thrombocytopenia and coagulopathy, thrombocytopathy. Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other connective tissue disease. Diseases of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Thyroid diseases, hypercalcemic syndrome. Diseases of the adrenal glands. Diabetes mellitus, acute and chronic complications. Emergency in internal medicine. Shock.
