I am currently working at the Department of Psychology as a doctoral student in the study program Social Psychology and Work Psychology. In my scientific research, I focus on decision-making styles, burnout, work engagement, and other organizational and work-related factors. My work, however, does not remain solely in the academic sphere; I strive to connect theoretical knowledge with practice through educational programs and workshops focused on psychological literacy and the development of emotional intelligence.
