Project registration number and full name of the organization (not an abbreviation) that awarded the grant: 19-0244., Slovak Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic (APVV) Name of the project: Methodological Procedures in Literary-Scholarship Research with an Impact on the Media Environment Project implementation period: 01/20 - 12/24 Position in the project: co-investigator of the project Brief description of the project: The four-year project is focused on the functional use of methodological procedures in interdisciplinary oriented literary research. It is based on the philological tradition of literary science in Slovakia, focuses on the application of hermeneutic, formal, heuristic, structuralist, comparative, cognitive and semiotic procedures with interdisciplinary overlaps into the media space. with source texts (from reception aesthetics, creation of perceptual codes to apperception methodological procedures) and in reassessing interliterary relations within the Czech-Slovak and Central European context (with emphasis on poetological specifics of Slovak literature in a broader cultural context). The transition into the media space follows the variability of literary text (not only Slovak literature) as a media product (especially current trends in theatrical and audiovisual adaptations), especially with regard to formal and thematic processing of period stereotypes in socio-cultural context with functional use of specific methodological procedures, monographically processed results of critical re-evaluation of established theorems and their audiovisual mediation with sustainability. Therefore, at the center of the issue are specific authors and artistic texts (on the genological axis of poetry, prose, drama) with an emphasis on the end of the 19th and the first half of the 20th century. The scientific prerequisite is a change in the current literary-historical classification of specific authors, in a qualitative reassessment of their poetics and creative contribution to the development of Slovak literature (with regard to the differentiation of realism and modern and aesthetic pluralism in interwar literature) |

Project registration number and full name of the organization (not an abbreviation) that awarded the grant: 1/0344/21., Scientific Grant Agency of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Slovak Republic and Slovak Academy of Science (VEGA) Name of the project: Adaptive matrix tests in audiometry and perceptual phonetics Project implementation period: 01/21 - 12/23 Position in the project: co-investigator of the project Brief description of the project: The aim of the scientific project is to prepare a database of sentence speech tests generated on the basis of adaptive test matrices, which represent a modern and globally respected principle of creating audiometric tests. The adaptive test matrix and the sentences created from it have several major advantages over conventionally used sentence test databases, including zero predictability of test sentence content, the ability to create a virtually unlimited number of tests thanks to an extensive database of 100,000 test units, and high physician acceptance of tests. , patients and linguists. Tests based on adaptive test matrices enable verification and comparison of treatment procedures on a global scale, and acceptance of achieved test results in the scientific community and in the third sector. The results of tests in the national language can be translated into practice in the form of improving the therapeutic process in ENT clinics. These benefits are a consequence of the recommendations of the ICRA working group and the ISO 8253-3: 2012 standard. |
