Slávka Otčenášová is an Associate Professor at the Department of History at the Faculty of Arts of the Šafárik University in Košice. In her research she deals with historiography and collective identity and collective memory. Since 2018 she has been seconded as a national expert to the European Commission in Brussels at the European Research Council.
