Secretary at the 1st Department of Psychiatry UPJŠ LF, Tr.SNP 1, Košice. I perform professional administrative work to ensure the operational capability of the workplace, the study agenda of the workplace in connection with the teaching of Slovak and foreign students. I provide and prepare state exams for the defense of diploma theses. I keep records of attendance, property, travel orders in the SAP - SOFIA program, I process data related to teaching process at the workplace in the Academic Information System AIS2. I manage the administrative agenda of the department in connection with research activities, grants and projects. Subsequent administrative work and processing of documents associated with the provision of VO workplace. I handle telephone calls, e-mail and postal communication.
