Adriana Petrasova, MD, PhD. works as an assistant professor and deputy head for pedagogical activities at the Department of Stomatology and Maxillofacial Surgery LF UPJŠ and Akadémie Košice n.o. and as Deputy Director for Health, Education and Research. It is implemented in the teaching of Slovak and foreign students of dentistry, general medicine in pre- and postgraduate studies. He participates in the specialization study of MFS, orthodontics and the certification study of Dentoalveolar Surgery and Implantology. In addition to the implementation of clinical exercises within the teaching process, she also works as a dentist at the Department of Stomatology and Maxillofacial Surgery and Academy of Košice n.o., where she participates in the diagnostics and therapeutic process of clinic patients . In addition to teaching, she actively participates in lectures and conferences at home and outland the Slovakia. As part of her research activities, she co-researched 8 different grant projects supported by grant agencies and she was the responsible researcher once. She solves hes scientific activities and cooperates with the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice, Slovak Academy of Sciences, Technical University in Košice, Jessenius Faculty of Medicine in Martin and foreign universities in Poland, the Czech Republic, France and Ukraine.
