SNP 1, Košice; I perform professional administrative work to ensure the operation of the workplace, the study agenda of the workplace in connection with the teaching of Slovak and foreign students. I process data related to teaching at the workplace in the Academic Information System AIS2. I keep records of attendance, property, travel orders in the SAP - SOFIA program. I perform administrative work of documents associated with the provision of VO workplace. I provide administrative activities of state final examinations in the field of general medicine - Internal Medicine. I perform administrative activities within specialized courses and specialized exams in the field of internal medicine. I actively communicate with students, I handle telephone calls, e-mail and postal communication.
