Associate Professor of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology. His professional and research interests include the study of the presence of selected antioxidant enzymes in the reproductive process in male and female experimental animals, as well as the presence of selected antioxidant enzymes in some types of human tumors. He is the author or co-author of 4 university textbooks, 7 scripts, 122 scientific and professional works, which have been cited 176 times in the Web of Science citation indexes and in the SCOPUS database. He currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Anatomy at the Medical faculty of UPJŠ. Doc. Mihalik is a member of the board of the Slovak Anatomical Society at the Slovak Medical Society.
