MUDr. Mária Eotvosová, Ph.D. works as an assistant professor at the Department of Stomatology and Maxilofacial Surgery and Academy Košice n.o. where she provides teaching of the subject of Orthodontics for students of the Faculty of Medicine UPJŠ in the field of study of Dental Medicine. She is also a guarantor for the specialization study of Orthodontics in the field of Dental Medicine and a member of the selection committee for specializations. Within the diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial skeletal anomalies, her work is focused on orthognathic surgery and treatment of clefts. She was and is a supervisor of diploma thesis of students at the UPJŠ Faculty of Medicine and also a supervisor of specialized theses.
