Martin Červený, PhDr., Ph.D, RN serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nursing Care, Faculty of Medicine, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Slovakia. His academic and teaching activities focus on transcultural nursing, nursing theories and models, clinical practice and evidence based practice. He is the author and co-author of several national and international scientific studies and professional publications that explore diverse aspects of contemporary health care. He actively participates in international collaboration and professional events. As a country representative, he represents Slovakia in the European Transcultural Nursing Association (ETNA) and is also a member of the prestigious organization Sigma Global Nursing Excellence. He has served as a guest editor for the Journal of Nursing Management (2024-2025) and regularly acts as a peer reviewer for several scientific journals.
