Vladimira Timkova, PhD. (Psychology) is a young researcher under 35 years of age at the USBM FM UPJS. She obtained her PhD degree in the field of Medical Sciences at the University of Groningen. Her research activities are focused on examining the quality of life of patients with sleep apnoea and multiple sclerosis. She also participates in international study that aims to understand the experiences people are having around the world during the COVID-19 (iCARE, Montreal Behaviour Medicine Centre). She is the first author of 7 scientific papers published in SSCI journals and co-author of 4 scientific papers, in foreign journals registered in the Web of Science Citation Index and SCOPUS database. Her publication activities also include one monography and one chapter in the monography (h-index=3; Scopus).
