I keep records of attendance, property, travel orders in the SAP - SOFIA program, I process data related to teaching process at the workplace in the Academic Information System AIS2. I manage the administrative agenda of the department in connection with research activities, grants (VEGA) and congresses. Subsequent administrative work and processing of documents associated with the provision of VO workplace. I handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, e-mail and postal communication. I also perform other tasks related to the agreed type of work according to the instructions of the direct superior employee. I maintain the confidentiality of information when performing work in the public interest and which, in the interest of the employer, cannot be communicated to others, even after the termination of the employment relationship.
