At Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, I studied psychology (2018) and additional pedagogical studies in the field of psychology (2018). In 2022 a got a PhD in study program: social psychology and psychology of work. I currently work at University counsellin centre, where I provide psychological counselling to slovak and international students. My research interests are focused on topics such as resilience, psychohygiene and risk behavior among adolescents. During my studies, I traveled several times for study and research internships (Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Portugal) and I worked on crisis helplines (LDD, IPčko). I am constantly educating myself in the field of counseling and psychotherapy, currently I am a participant in psychotherapeutic training in person-centered psychotherapy at the Czech Institute PCA Brno since 2022. In my free time I prefer to reach a good book (I always have two on my night table: one psychological and one fiction) and I spend time with my friend, family or hiking in Hight Tatras. I am a huge lover of good food and good coffee. However, my happiest moments are in the cottage, in the hammock, on the sun and without the internet :-)
