Annotation:

InnoChange aims to increase the entrepreneurial and innovation capacity and attitude of higher education institutions (HEIs). Another objective is to strengthen and better integrate into, and engage with, innovation ecosystems in Central and Eastern Europe. The project brings together HEIs from various innovation backgrounds.

InnoChange aims to:

• develop and improve the entrepreneurial education curriculum and associated teacher training;
• soak up and nurture innovation from all corners of student, faculty, and research activities at university;
• provide effective support to deserving early-stage innovation projects;
• build a pragmatic, yet comprehensive network of multi-faceted industry partnerships;
• enable support structures for entrepreneurship communities at HEIs through mutual learning.

Project Title: E-learning for Career Guidance Practitioners’ (C-Course)

Annotation:

The aim of this project is to develop a flexible, self-paced and freely accessible online course for career guidance practitioners and professionals across Europe. The C-Course is produced in 5 different languages (English, Czech, Slovak, Polish, Norwegian) and it is aimed at:

• career guidance practitioners and professionals involved in the delivery of career guidance and counselling across different sectors (i.e. youth and adult education, public and private employment services);
• educators and training providers (e.g. academic institutions, professional associations, educational institutions);
• students enrolled in the career guidance and counselling academic programmes.

Project Title: Development and improvement of e-services and counselling at the university

Annotation:

Digitization of educational content as part of the digitization of the required study literature, the pilot phase will create a digitization workplace to expand the portfolio of the existing Digital Library and thus to support e-learning at university and integrate university e-documents into the emerging European educational online space. In the future, digitization will also enable digital processing, archiving and access to the publications of university staff, thus providing wider access to scientific knowledge in accordance with copyright laws and publishing agreements. Support for e-learning An updated virtual learning environment at the university adapted to the needs of students and university staff in line with modern trends. Education system set up for e-course creators. Improving the services and services provided, which provide pedagogical, scientific, professional activities and services that complete the work or study environment, as well as comfort for all employees and students of the university through e-learning and e-services. Created e-courses for students and university staff. Support for further education of university staff, in accordance with their needs and the university's intentions in the field of human resources development. Development of counseling services for university students Creation of e-support for a practical way of communication and counseling work in order to streamline the reservation system for applying for counseling and for booking a study room for students with special needs. At the same time, an e-counseling center will be created for the purposes of distance counseling and a space for students' feedback on the counseling services provided. Establishing contacts with employers with a view to job sectors that offer vacant specific job positions suitable for university graduates. Implemented UPJŠ Career Day 2017 and ongoing individual career counseling for students, which will increase the readiness of students for the requirements of the labor market.
