The field of habilitation and inauguration proceeding Social Psychology and Psychology of Work is defined by the study, explanation, influencing and prognostic evaluation of the psyche, mental processes and conditions of humans, as well as subhuman organisms, especially behaviour and experiencing of humans or groups of people using relevant psychological methods, techniques and procedures corresponding to current knowledge of psychological sciences and the state of economic and social practice, while also relying on the knowledge of related sciences, namely philosophy, anthropology, human biology, neuroscience, mathematics and pedagogy.
