Definition of the content of the field of habilitation proceeding and inauguration proceeding

The field of habilitation proceedings and inauguration proceedings normal and pathological physiology is defined by the study of physiological and pathophysiological processes (events, functions, mechanisms and their regulation) of human at various levels of their organization (molecule, cell, tissue, organ, organ system, organism) from the conception until death, depending not only on the structure and functional arrangement of man, but also in interaction with the surrounding environment. The field also explains the pathogenesis of diseases in the organism as a whole, in the individual systems, organs and tissues, but also in the subcellular structures at molecular level with subsequent formulation of hypotheses and theories with underlying pathophysiological mechanisms that lead to development and progression of pathological conditions, which allows targeted intervention.

The field of habilitation proceedings and inauguration proceedings normal and pathological physiology is based on knowledge of human anatomy, histology, pathological anatomy, chemistry, biochemistry, and physics, which are relevant in relation to normal and pathological physiology as an integrated field.
