2. - Graduate profile and learning objectives
a) - The institution defines the learning objectives of the study programme such as student's abilities at the time of completion of the programme and the main learning outcomes.

Knowledge

The graduate has extensive professional (e.g. anatomy, histology, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology) and methodological knowledge from many areas of the field of study at the level of synthesis and evaluation. He/she understands the essential contexts, principles and theories of the field, performs basic diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive procedures. He/she finds and presents his/her own solutions to medical problems. The graduate can categorize theoretical knowledge about the morphology and function of individual organs and systems of healthy people, the mechanisms of change and course of change, including diseases, which allow him/her to correctly interpret and apply health promotion, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The acquired knowledge allows him/her to think scientifically and further deepen his/her education in any specialization. He/she has communication skills and basics in the field of bioinformatics.

Skills

The graduate independently applies the basic methods of medical examination, analyses and diagnoses findings using basic instrumentation and basic laboratory and examination methods. He/she provides qualified assistance in life-threatening conditions, evaluates the impact of social factors and environmental conditions on the health of the population, the principles of prevention of infectious and non-infectious diseases and their application in practice, also applies the basics of assessing work ability for various diseases and injuries, basic legal standards necessary for demanding and responsible work of a doctor.

Competence   

The graduate demonstrates a high degree of independence in working in a changing environment, demonstrates the ability to work effectively as an individual, member or team leader. He/she adheres to the ethical and humanitarian principles and the principles of medical psychology, which he/she follows in his/her professional activity throughout his/her life. The graduate uses the basics of scientific work methodology and has an innovative mindset. He/she has a high degree of independence and foresight in a known and unknown environment, he/she independently acquaints himself/herself with and analyses the latest knowledge presented in professional or scientific journals in a foreign language. The graduate evaluates the results of his/her own professional or scientific activities and presents them to a professional audience in a foreign language.

A graduate of the study program in general medicine has the knowledge, skills and competencies that entitle him/her to perform the medical profession - doctor whose preparation is the focus of the study program he/she has completed. The preparation for the profession is carried out in accordance with the relevant European and national legal standards.

As General Medicine is a study programme whose content definition is related to the preparation of experts for some from regulated occupations with coordination of education in appendix No. 2 MSVVS SR no 16/2016 No 16/2016 Coll. and results from study branches assigned to regulated professions according to the Government Regulation No.296/2010 Coll. we asked the Ministry of Healthcare SR for the positive opinion to the concord of acquired qualification with sectoral specific requirements for the performance of the occupation.

The opinion of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic is attached as Annex 1.


3. - Employability
a) - Evaluation of the study programme graduates employability.

The field of general medicine includes knowledge related to diagnostics, therapy and disease prevention. Graduates are qualified to perform the profession in all branches of preventive and curative health care for adults and children, in all medical fields. After graduation, graduates are eligible to continue their specialization studies, complete certification study programs and continue their 3rd degree university studies.

Graduates of the study program will be employed in health care facilities, at the Office of Public Health, at the Office for Supervision of Health Care, in health insurance companies, in community centers, at university workplaces and in state administration.


b) - If applicable, indicate the successful graduates of the study programme.

The Dean´s Prize for the excellent study results out of the total number of graduates from the study programme General Medicine was granted to:

c) - Evaluation of the study programme quality by employers (feedback).

University has functioning Internal quality assurance and verification system, which use the Rector's Decision No. 8/2021 (the Rules of the Internal Quality Assurance and Verification System of education, scientific, research, development, artistic or other creative and supportive activities at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice). The UPJŠ in Košice has Board for Internal Quality Verification (hereinafter BIV) composed of representatives of faculties and employers as well as students. Board for Internal Quality Verification follows its rules of procedure (see meetings of BIV). Schedule of its meeting is publicly announced. Faculty of Medicine has also functioning internal quality assurance and verification system, where indicators of quality assessment, board of study programs, principles of admission procedure, evaluation of education and assessment of the teaching quality are updated on regular basis.

The evaluation of the quality of the study program by employers is given in Annex 2.

4. - Structure and content of the study programme
a) - The institution describes the rules for the design of study plans within the study programme.

The study plan of the study program is prepared in accordance with the standard of Government Regulation no. 296/2010 Coll. on professional competence for the exercise of the medical profession, the method of further education of medical staff, the system of specialized departments and the system of certified work activities and in accordance with the internal regulations of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. 

Study program updated by the General Medicine Study Program Board RSP_general medicine.pdf (upjs.sk), based on the opinions of students, graduates of the study program and employers' organizations: L. Pasteur University Hospital Košice, Prešov University Hospital and the Slovak Medical Chamber.

The study program, the recommended study plan and the standard length of study are regulated in accordance with the Higher Education Act. In accordance with the study rules, the study program complies with the rules of the European credit transfer and accumulation system and the student's workload for the academic year. It adheres to the set load expressed by the number of hours of contact teaching together with all activities necessary for the preparation and completion of the course. The number of credits was determined for individual subjects so as to take into account the difficulty of the subject in terms of the specific subject area and the method of completing the subject. The subjects within the recommended study plan enable to achieve the set learning outcomes.

Responsibility for the content of the study and for the correct course of quality evaluation is defined by the Rector's Decision no. 7/2021 (Accreditation Rules of UPJŠ, and Rector's Decision No. 8/2021 (Rules of the internal system of quality assurance and verification of education, scientific, research, development, artistic or other creative and support activities at UPJŠ.


b) - The institution compiles the recommended study plans for individual study paths.

The study plan is compiled by the student himself or with the help of the study advisor from the offer of subjects of the study program so that he meets the rules given by the study program and the provisions of Art. 7 par. 4 of the UPJŠ FM Study Rules.


When creating a study plan, the student proceeds according to Art. 12 par. 12 of the UPJŠ FM Study Regulations: The student must enrol in subjects for such a semester in such a credit value and in such a composition (compulsory, compulsory elective and elective) that at each stage of the study control he/she can meet the conditions for continuing the study. In one academic year, a first and a second degree student must enrol in courses for at least 40 and at most 90 credits in each study program.

The recommended study plan is published in the academic information system in the Monitoring Panel of the study program.


c) - The study plan generally states:

Requirements structure for:

proper completion of studies is the completion of all subjects prescribed by the study plan and obtaining at least 362 credits;

the student duly completes the study by completing the study according to the study rules and the program, while the length of the study may not exceed the standard study period by more than two years; the day of the proper completion of the study is the day when the last of the conditions prescribed for the proper completion of the study program was fulfilled; proof of proper completion of studies and obtaining the relevant academic degree is a university diploma, a diploma supplement and a state examination certificate;

- interruption of studies is specified in Art. 19 of the study rules of the faculty; study rules (upjs.sk)

- continuation of the study is specified in Art. 14 of the study rules of the faculty; study rules  (upjs.sk)


d) - The institution states the number of credits, the achievement of which is a condition for proper completion of studies and other requirements that the student must meet within the study programme and for its proper completion, including the requirements for state examinations, rules for re-study and rules for the extension, interruption of study.
The minimum amount of credits for the entire study that the student must obtain for the successful completion is 362 credits.

f) - The institution describes the rules for verification of learning outcomes, students assessment and the possibilities of appealing against the assessment.

Examination of issues by the student is governed by Act no. 269/2018 Coll. on Quality Assurance in Higher Education, the Complaints Act, Rector's Decision no. 13/2017 on handling complaints and the Study Regulations (upjs.sk) UPJŠ FM in Košice. Verification of the methods and objectivity of awarding students is governed by the Rector's Decision no. 8/2021, which issues the Rules of the internal system of quality assurance and verification of education, scientific, research, development, artistic or other creative and supportive activities. All types of evaluation of study results are designed to clearly determine the required conditions for completion of the subject. The student is acquainted in time with the dates of regular and retake possibilities of continuous assessment and with regular and retake dates of examination. Every student has the right to be informed about the evaluation of all parts of the continuous assessment and examination. The student has the right to request the completion of the last retake term of the examination in front of the examination commission, which is determined by the dean on the proposal of the person responsible for the study program. The Dean appoints at least a three-member examination commission; the chairman of the examination commission is usually the teacher of the given subject. The commission form of the examination can take place without the student's request, if requested by teacher of the subject.

Student may apply for review of a exclusion decision. The Dean may grant the request or forward the request within 15 days from the date of its delivery to the Rector, together with the attached files and a written opinion on the statements and objections of the student. According to the written request of the student, the Dean may grant an exemption from the terms of the faculty study schedule, from the control stages of the study, from the maximum length of study interruption, allow the study to be interrupted if the student does not meet the conditions of the control phase or waive delay in terms.

The evaluation of study results is given in Art. 13 of the Study Rules of the Faculty Study Rules (upjs.sk), in information sheets and syllabi of individual subjects. Syllabi are published by the department responsible for teaching the subject. 

g) - Conditions for recognition of studies or a part of studies.

The conditions for the recognition of studies or parts of studies are set out in Art. 19a and 19b of the study rules of the faculty Study rules  (upjs.sk)

International mobility of students and staff is an essential area of ​​the university's international activities. All information is available at university website part International Relations or faculty website International Relations.

The Rules of the Internal quality assurance and verification system at UPJŠ in Košice declare compliance with the general principles and rules of ethical behaviour - UPJŠ Code of Ethics and UPJŠ Student Code of Ethics, to which the Principles of good practice of scientific publishing (Rector's Decree No. 8/2021) and Rules for assessing plagiarism (Rector’s Decision No. 21/2021) are closely linked.

Department of Scientific-Research Activities within the dean's office of UPJŠ, Faculty of Medicine is in charge of complex care for students of doctoral study programs. A separate department is adequately personally, professionally and financially secured. Supporting professional staff in this separate department provides tutoring, counseling, administrative and other support services and related activities for students of doctoral study programs. With the use of the Academic Information System (AiS2), the student is able to efficiently process most of the agenda without direct interaction with the Department of Scientific-Research Activities.


Administrative support for foreign mobility of doctoral students is provided by the Department for International Relations and UPJŠ, International Relations. Further information:

  • The University Counselling Center of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (hereinafter UNIPOC), is a specialized workplace of UPJŠ established by the Rector of UPJŠ with university-wide competence. UNIPOC's mission is to provide free counseling to all students UPJŠ in Košice, specifically psychological, career services, legal and social counseling and counseling in effective learning. UNIPOC is also in charge of supporting and caring for students with special needs. Students can use counseling services in personal and online form in Slovak and English. The purpose of the provided services is to improve the employability of students and graduates in the labor market, to act preventively and to help with problems that could jeopardize the successful completion of our students' studies.   • UPJŠ in Košice also offers students accommodation and catering services through UPJŠ Student Hostel and Canteen (hereinafter ŠDaJ) or at contractual partners. 8. - Spatial, material, and technical provision of the study programme and support
a) - List and characteristics of the study programme classrooms and their technical equipment with the assignment to learning outcomes and courses (laboratories, design and art studios, studios, workshops, interpreting booths, clinics, priest seminaries, science and technology parks, technology incubators, school enterprises, practice centers, training schools, classroom-training facilities, sports halls, swimming pools, sports grounds).

UPJŠ provides spatial, material, technical and information resources of the study program separately for each place in which the study program takes place, in proportion to the goals and outcomes of education. Ensuring a full-featured infrastructure supporting higher education, creative scientific research and research is one of the university's priorities. The constant progress of the university is also reflected in the continuous expansion of the existing infrastructure, the reconstruction of buildings and the introduction of modern information and communication technologies. The existence of university workplaces is essential to ensure the required quality of selected services, which are characteristic of a respected and materially well-equipped university. The equipment of the faculty is sufficient for quality teaching of the subjects of the study program. Due to the current number of students, the faculty has a sufficient number of reconstructed classrooms with quality technical infrastructure, including classrooms for interactive teaching. 8. UPJŠ FM Centre for Simulator and Virtual Medicine (hereinafter "CSVM"): has more than 28 simulators and students will find simulators for teaching in theoretical and preclinical subjects (from teaching anatomy in virtual 3D reality, through resuscitation trainers, models for training s.c. , i.m. and i.v. injections, models for nasogastric tube insertion, ...), but also HiTech simulators for clinical specialties (simulator for gastrointestinal endoscopy and flexible bronchoscopy, cardiology simulator, USG simulator, 3D multimedia table, fully equipped operating room, .. .). The Centre for Simulator and Virtual Medicine provides possibilities and variability for standard teaching at the UPJŠ Faculty of Medicine .

 

Teaching bases in medical facilities: practical teaching of students is carried out in medical facilities directly at the patient's bedside. During the exercises and internships, students practice nursing interventions, which they had the opportunity to learn in preclinical training. b) - Characteristics of the study programme information management (access to study literature according to Course information sheets, access to information databases and other information sources, information technologies, etc.).

Library and information services are provided by the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, University Library (hereinafter UL), which is an educational and information base as well as a part of the university's scientific and research base. The main activities of the UL are mainly focused on activities, the majority of which have a long-term or permanent character:

  • replenishment of the library fund with a focus on covering compulsory and optional subjects - by purchase, exchange with domestic and foreign partners, donation,
  • revision of the library collection, disposal of obsolete, worn-out and multiplicity literature, physical protection of the library collection,
  • present and absence lending of literature,
  • interlibrary and international lending service
  • borrowing literature from other libraries for users, processing requests for borrowing from other libraries, obtaining copies of articles from scientific journals,
  • consulting activities - professional assistance to users in finding information,
  • provides publishing activities (ŠafárikPress),
  • ensuring the operation of study rooms,
  • creation of specialized databases,
  • registration of publishing activities and citations of UPJŠ employees, building a database,
  • search service - literature reviews on required topics (selectively to the level of full texts), reviews of publishing activities, citation searches,
  • online access to electronic information sources - bibliographic, citation and full-text databases, e-print journals,
  • information training for users - lectures and courses for students aimed at finding information,
  • solution of own projects focused on grant schemes, especially of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic or the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic.

The main mission of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, University Library (UL) is to participate in the information support of teaching and scientific research activities of its employees and students, to create conditions for the support of the educational process and an inspiring environment for users. The UL fulfills this mission by making creative use of information resources and technologies, providing, documents, information and consultation, expertise staff and facilities to support teaching, learning and research. As part of the NISPEZ project (National Information System for Support of Research and Development - Access to Electronic Information Resources), it makes electronic information resources available. The UL creates a database that contains complete bibliographic information on publications of UPJŠ employees and doctoral students (e.g. pedagogical, scientific-research, professional). The information value of the database is also increased by the registration of responses to publications. The data from the database are exported to the Central Register of Publishing Activities (CREPČ) and are one of the bases for the distribution of state subsidies to public universities. UL also provides e.g.: lending services, catalogs, electronic information resources, virtual study room UPJŠ, University bookshop.

The Šafárik Press publishing house of UPJŠ in Košice participates in spreading awareness of the possibilities of electronic publishing at the university. The Unibook portal provides a permanent repository of electronic documents, an archive of all published publications and at the same time modern possibilities for purchasing books authored by UPJŠ employees via the standard web interface of the e-shop.

The AiS2 Academic Information System is used to support comprehensive education management at all three levels of higher education.

The Centre of Information and Communication Technologies (hereinafter CIaKT) UPJŠ in Košice is a university-wide information workplace that covers the activities of information and communication technologies inside UPJŠ, but also externally in relation to its surroundings. The CIaKT UPJŠ university node is also a regional node of the Slovak Academic Network (SANET).

c) - Characteristics and extent of distance education applied in the study programme with the assignment to courses. Access, manuals of e-learning portals. Procedures for the transition from contact teaching to distance learning.

Distance education is provided by the MS Teams platform, to which all students and employees of UPJŠ in Košice have free access. By using MS Teams, lectures, seminars and selected exercises can take place. All study materials are accessible to students in electronic form. MS Forms is used for testing or for the collection of information and the electronic testing system of Rogo faculty students.

Thanks to the MS Office 365 package, which is used by the entire university, it is possible to share large files, online teaching and testing in a very reliable mode with smooth transfer of large amounts of data at the same time. This package also includes modules such as Teams and Forms, which can be used in distance teaching and online testing. In the case of the change from full-time study to distance education on the level of entire faculty, the UPJŠ FM Management informs the students by e-mail. In the case of a short-term change to distance form of study of a certain subject, students are informed in advance by the responsible teacher of the subject.

The provision of study materials to students is a standard part of the teaching process. Several approaches are used for this purpose. Basic information about the contents of the subjects is published in the information sheets (IS) of the subject, which also contains description of relevant literature sources necessary to acquire knowledge determined by the contents of the subject.

Students of the Faculty of Medicine have multimedia support for teaching theoretical, clinical and medical disciplines available on the UPJŠ FM Portal.  

To implement the distance form of teaching, the student needs technical support: personal computer / smart phone / tablet, internet connection, MS Teams application. The lectures are recorded and the student has the opportunity to play the lecture at any time during the semester. Among other things, students have access to:

d) - Institution partners in providing educational activities for the study programme and the characteristics of their participation.

The university strives to link knowledge with practice supported by strong links with important partners and organizations. The partners are officially associated in the Career Club UPJŠ.

UPJŠ is a founding member of IT Valley Košice. He also cooperates with other partners. Partnerships enabling the support of educational activities of the study program: MEDIREX a.s., MEDIREX Group Aademy and other Specialized educational facilities of the Faculty of Medicine, Science, Research and Development, experimental workplaces of the Faculty of Medicine, Centre for Clinical and Preclinical Research MEDIPARK, Centre for Simulator and Virtual Medicine, Technology and Innovation Park UPJŠ.

e) - Characteristics of the possibilities for social, sports, cultural, spiritual and social activities.

The development of UPJŠ students is ensured not only by quality education, but also by sport, cultural, spiritual and social activities during their studies. Sports activities for UPJŠ students are provided by the Institute of Physical Education and Sport (hereinafter ÚTVŠ). It offers a choice of 21 sports through the elective subject Sports Activities. Students can play sports not only within the compulsory or optional subject, but also beyond the credit acquiring. In addition to the offered physical activities, students can participate in the university league in 4 sports (futsal, floorball, basketball, volleyball). The ÚTVŠ traditionally offer winter and summer courses (ski course, survival, cycling course, rafting on the river Tisza and exercise by the sea). Students who would not be satisfied by sports activities offered by ÚTVŠ can also apply for a much wider range of sports offered by TJ Slávia UPJŠ. There are 5 gyms available for students' sports, most of which have undergone a major renovation in recent years. The gym is equipped for the needs of various levels - from beginners to advanced and is regularly supplemented and innovated. In addition, there are 4 tennis courts and 3 multifunctional concrete courts in the ÚTVŠ building, which students use mainly for sports games. Information about ÚTVŠ sports events, sport facilities.

At UPJŠ, various events are organized for the student within UNIPOC. Traditional events at UPJŠ include Door open days, Researchers' Night or at UPJŠ Faculty of Medicine Open day at the Faculty of Medicine. Students can use specific facilities such as the Centre for Simulator and Virtual Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine (CSaVM), Unique Laboratories at UPJŠ Faculty of Science, can also cooperate with Student Radio Košice - ŠtuRKo, or more at webpage UPJŠ Student associations and interest groups.

 

Within the extracurricular activities, the students of the general medicine study program are mainly involved in the activities of the student association operating at the faculty: the Association of Medics of the City of Košice - SMMK, which provides them with a wide range of social, sports, cultural and social activities in:

-       Foreign activities club,

-       Medical education club,

-       Children's Hope Club,

-       Public Health Club,

-       Human Rights and Peace Club,

-       Reproductive Health Club.

Students can also participate in the activities of student interest groups operating at the university: Chorus Universitatit Šafarikianae, Hornád Folklore Ensemble, University Television and Student Radio Košice.  

f) - Possibilities and conditions for participation of the study programme students in mobilities and internships (indicating contact details), application instructions, rules for recognition of this education.

Students can participate in international mobility programs of the European Union such as CEEPUS and Erasmus+, where application and recognition rules follow the rules of the respective programs. The list of participating institutions is regularly updated. The instructions are published on the website of the Faculty of Medicine and the UPJŠ in Košice. As part of their scientific work on their own projects, or on the projects of the supervisor, they are sent to partner universities and research institutions, particularly within Europe, but also across the globe. They can also benefit from bilateral international mobility projects, e.g. through the Slovak Academic Information Agency (SAIA) and the National Scholarship Programme (NSP).

Contractual partnerships allow participation of parties and their representatives in the design, approval, realisation and evaluation of the study program. The agreements with the partners specify the conditions of participation of the employees of partner organization in realization of the study program and the conditions of providing spatial, material and information resources and quality assurance of the studies carried out at the partner institution including preparation of final theses.

Wide possibilities covering practically the whole world exist within various schemes, especially within the Erasmus+ program and activities covered by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the SR (MŠVVŠ SR), implemented through Slovak Academic Information Agency (SAIA). These are, for example: Central European Exchange Program of University Studies (CEEPUS), National Scholarship Program (NSP), Austria-Slovakia Action, Vysegrad Fund. However, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, planning and realizing external mobility should be carried with caution, take into accounts all benefits and risks due the epidemiological situation in the host country.

The university supports education beyond UPJŠ at domestic and foreign institutions. Student international mobility is an essential area of ​​the university's international relations. All important information about the possibilities of mobility and internships for university students is published on the page International Relations, and in more detail at website of Faculty of Medicine section International Relations. Comprehensive information on the offer of mobility and internships and the selection process is available on the university's website. The university uses AiS2 and portal tools created within the Erasmus without paper (EWP) project to administer mobility. AiS2 and EWP are gradually integrated into one functional unit. The conditions for the recognition of completed studies are regulated by the PhD Study Rules at UPJŠ.

The Erasmus+ coordinator working at the faculty helps the applicants to design a precise study plan at a foreign university, which is a prerequisite for the recognition of studies completed abroad at UPJŠ in Košice. Detailed information on the participation of students in international mobility for individual academic years is provided by the faculty's annual reports. Thanks to the activities of the Department for International Relations and the presentation of the UPJŠ FM, each employee or student has sufficient information about the possibilities of mobility and also has administrative support in applying for foreign mobility. The aim of the department is to improve the provision of country information for students and staff and to help plan their studies and research abroad. 9. - Required abilities and admission requirements for the study programme applicants
a) - Required abilities and necessary admission requirements.

The basic condition for admission to full-time study is the acquisition of a complete secondary education or secondary vocational education. An applicant who has completed secondary school studies abroad will submit, in addition to the mandatory annexes, a decision on the recognition of a diploma issued by the relevant regional school authority. This decision will be submitted by the candidate to the entrance exam.


b) - Admission procedures.

Another condition for admission to study is successful completion of the entrance exam.

The criterion for admission is the point gain from the written test at the entrance exam, which places the candidate among the planned number of accepted candidates. The elaboration time is 150 minutes. The maximum number of points that a candidate can obtain is 800. The test consists of 100 questions from the subject of biology and 100 questions from the subject of chemistry. Entrance exam in biology and chemistry in the scope of teaching in secondary school. The aim of the entrance examination is to ensure that candidates who show the highest level of study skills get to study. Only the actual point gain from the mobility test and the written test is included in the total number of points from the admission procedure.

a) - Procedures for monitoring and evaluating students' opinions on the study programme quality.

Information on the process of monitoring and evaluating student satisfaction at the university is published on the university's website in the Study Programs section Continuous Monitoring, Periodic Evaluation and Periodic Approval of the Study program section. The objectives of obtaining feedback are implemented on the basis of the Principles for obtaining feedback for purposes of evaluating the quality of educational activities, creative activities and support activities at UPJŚ in Košice (Rector´s Decision No. 13/2021)


Quality indicators and results of quality monitoring at UPJŠ and its components are publicly available on the university's website in the Internal Quality Assurance and Verification System section, Quality Indicators, or the faculty's website in the Internal Quality Assessment System section, Quality Assessment Indicators and Questionnaire Surveys.

b) - Results of student feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

Faculty students can express their opinion by filling in an anonymous questionnaire in the Academic Information System (AiS2). The results are presented to the faculty management and published on the faculty website in the section Internal Quality Assessment System | UPJŠ (upjs.sk). 

Specific measures to increase the quality of the study program based on the results of the surveys are listed in the minutes of the study program board meetings, which are archived in the monitoring panel of the SP in AiS2. 


c) - Results of graduate feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

The university and its faculties conduct questionnaire surveys on the employability of university graduates in order to improve the profile of the graduates, enhance connection of studies with practice and improve the position of graduates in the labor market. Information on monitoring graduate feedback is provided on the University graduates and their employability website. The current rules, periodicity and methodology of the questionnaire surveys are described on the university's website in the section Internal quality assurance and verification system, continuous monitoring, periodic evaluation and periodic approval of the study program.

Specific conclusions from questionnaire surveys conducted at the level of the university, faculty or workplaces for the given study program are regularly monitored and documented in the memoranda of the Study Program Board.
