Field of Habilitation and Inauguration Proceedings
The field of habilitation and inaugural proceedings Commercial and financial law is defined by the legal branches of commercial law, economic law, financial law and tax law, whose study is one of the main topics of the core of knowledge of education in the field of study law.
The field of habilitation and inaugural proceedings Commercial and Financial Law is defined by general and theoretical questions of these legal sectors, their subsectors as well as by the basic legal institutes forming their regulatory framework in the national and European dimension. Commercial law concerns, in particular, subjects of commercial law, competition, bankruptcy and restructuring, commercial liabilities and securities law. In relation to economic law, it concerns, in particular, the forms and methods of interference by the state and other bodies governed by public law in the economic sphere and in the business activities of private entities. In relation to financial law, it concerns, in particular, the areas of control, supervision and audit in the field of public finances, budgets of the state and local government, customs, currency, foreign exchange law and financial market law. In relation to tax law, these are, in particular, issues linked to the system of state and other public revenues, the regulation of direct taxes, indirect taxes and the administration of taxes.
