3. - Employability
a) - Evaluation of the study programme graduates employability.

As for graduates of the physics education doctoral study, our intention is to deepen their theoretical knowledge in didactics of physics, to strength skills to understand deeply the selected research problem dealing with their dissertation thesis, to acquire practical research skills in didactics of physics, to get experience from implementing but also writing proposals of grant projects focused on education and didactic research, to sharpe presentation skills for conferences and educational events, and skills in writing publications in foreign and domestic journals.

A natural part of the work of a doctoral student is his pedagogical activity as a part-time physics teacher or in the framework of grant cooperation with an elementary or secondary school. During doctoral studies, such activity helps the graduate to maintain real contact with the school educational environment, the teacher community and school management.

After graduating, our joint priority is the employment of graduates at leading schools with which we cooperate in work with talented youth, science popularization, or continuous education and training of future teachers.

The overwhelming majority of previous graduates have taken up the position of physics teacher at a secondary or primary school.

The graduates can also successfully work in the IT sector, where they are able to apply not only communication skills and the ability to lead a team but also skills in statistics, data analysis, and modeling .

One of the additional successful applications of the graduates is their position in the professional management of national projects (e.g., IT Academy), or the expert teams for regional centers of digital transformation in education.

We also appreciate offers from regional leisure centers where graduates are in demand for positions connected to working with talented youth.

Regarding the current lack of qualified physics teachers, our high priority is to employ the graduates as physics teachers.
